Guide days + sourcing
Pro Plan (all-in price) or Basic Plan (5%, min. $100)

- Purchase orders, supplier follow-up, inspection and shipping
- On the Basic Plan, your guide fee is credited against the sourcing fee.
Pickup and transport, overtime and additional languages are quoted separately. Your quote itemizes every charge before you commit.
Optional arrival support
We can meet you at Yiwu station or Yiwu airport. Add your train or flight number, arrival time and hotel under “Anything else” in the form, and we’ll add pickup to your quote.
After You Fly Home
When you need follow-up sourcing, inspection or shipping, we confirm the scope and fees with you first.
- Sourcing & order management We confirm samples, prepare purchase orders and follow up with each supplier.
- Inspection & shipping Goods are received, checked against the order and packed into one shipment.
- Can’t travel this time? Send your product list. We find products, confirm samples and place orders without you visiting.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Market guide days are quoted per day and include a guide, a translator and your daily sourcing summary.
You pay for the guide days only, plus any arrangements you asked for, such as pickup. There is no sourcing fee without an order.
Not on the Basic Plan: when you order from the booths you chose, the guide fee from your visit is credited against the 5% sourcing fee (minimum $100). On the Pro Plan, where you buy from our suppliers, your quote shows how the guide fee is handled.
Pickup and transport, hotel booking help, invitation letters, factory visits or trips outside Yiwu, overtime and additional languages are arranged on request and quoted separately.
Yes, on request. Tell us your travel dates and what you plan to source, and we can prepare an invitation letter and supporting documents, including for a port visa where your trip qualifies. The visa decision stays with the authorities.
Our main translation languages are English, Spanish and French. For other languages, tell us your preference when submitting your request. We’ll confirm translator availability for your travel dates.
The rescheduling and cancellation terms for your booking are set out in your quote, so you can check them before you confirm.
