Minimum order quantity, samples and lead time are the three questions to ask at every booth.
MOQ is often negotiable, especially if you accept a standard color or packing. Samples are usually available, sometimes for a fee that is refunded with the order. Lead time depends on stock, so ask whether the goods are ready or made to order.
Write the answers down next to the price. They matter as much as the price does.
